aicallu.com provides AI voice agent design, deployment, and management services for small and medium businesses. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in your selected plan.
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 14 days money-back guarantee. Overage charges for minutes exceeding your plan limit are billed at the end of each billing period.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to send spam or unsolicited communications, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations including telemarketing laws.
aicallu.com retains all intellectual property rights in our platform and services. You retain ownership of your business data and call recordings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aicallu.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these terms.
